Tips and Advice

Before you tackle that project make sure that you are up to the challenge. Some painting projects can be done easily by the home owner but others are best left to the professionals, such as:

  • High Work (above 15-20 feet)
  • Epoxy Coatings
  • Ladder work around electrical wires
  • Tall vaulted ceilings
  • Power Washing (If inexperienced)
  • Cabinet refacing / Finishing
  • Failing Coatings (Must determine cause before painting)

These and some other projects may be beyond your scope. Call a professional to make sure these projects are done correctly. If you do decide to Do It Yourself make sure you get the best tips & advice and use quality products and tools to make sure it is done right.
